 Shipping Methods:

  1. All domestic orders are process with USPS and all international orders are processed with DHL.

  1. Delivery times vary depending on the selected shipping method and the destination.
  2. Estimated delivery times will be provided during the checkout process, but please note that these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.
  3. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or carrier disruptions. While we strive to provide accurate estimates, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by external factors.

 Incomplete or Incorrect Address:

  2. Mesobis is not responsible for delays or additional fees incurred due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Return Policy

We accept returns of most items within 10 days of the delivery date. Items must be in original packaging and without use.

To return an item, please contact us at and provide your order number and the reason for the return. We will then provide you with a return shipping label.

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and issue a refund within 10 business days.

Exceptions to the Return Policy
