1. Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 2-4 business days after the order is placed, excluding weekends and holidays.
2. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience during these times.

 Shipping Methods:

1. All domestic orders are process with USPS and all international orders are processed with DHL.

 Delivery Times:

1. Delivery times vary depending on the selected shipping method and the destination.
2. Estimated delivery times will be provided during the checkout process, but please note that these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.
3. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or carrier disruptions. While we strive to provide accurate estimates, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by external factors.

 Shipping Fees:

1. Shipping fees are calculated based on the selected shipping method, destination, and order weight or dimensions.

 Order Tracking:

 International Shipping:

3. International delivery times may vary significantly due to customs clearance procedures in the destination country.
4. If your package is seized by customs officials for any reason whatsoever, we will not issue a credit unless all products are returned to us in their original condition. If you have any questions, we encourage you to contact your local customs office, as we cannot advise you about your country's customs policies.

 Incomplete or Incorrect Address:

1. It is essential to provide accurate and complete shipping information at the time of placing your order.
2. Mesobis is not responsible for delays or additional fees incurred due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
3. If you notice any errors in your shipping address after placing the order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible to make the necessary corrections.

Return Policy

We accept returns of most items within 10 days of the delivery date. Items must be in original packaging and without use.

To return an item, please contact us at contact@mesobis.com and provide your order number and the reason for the return. We will then provide you with a return shipping label.

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and issue a refund within 10 business days.

Exceptions to the Return Policy

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Items that have been used or damaged
• Items that have been opened or tampered with

Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment that was used to make the original purchase.

If you paid with a credit card, the refund will be credited back to your account.

If you paid with a debit card, the refund will be sent as a check.
