More tortillas are sold in the US than hotdog and hamburger buns combined. We get it—everyone loves tacos. It’s kind of the perfect food. You have this little handheld ingredient holder, and you can fill it with anything you desire. Savory carnitas? The zesty tang of ceviche?
And let’s not forget about churros. Those cinnamon-sugar-covered sticks of dough bliss are popping up on dessert menus across the US.
Maybe it’s because of the incredible pairing with Latin food, but did you know that the number one beer in America is Mexican? Where are the cannabis/hemp brands at?!
